General visa information doesn’t answer your situation

You might have a worker you want to hire, an employer willing to sponsor you, or plans to build a life with your partner. Each situation raises different visa questions.

A general checklist can explain the process, but it can’t tell you which options fit your circumstances or what you need to prepare.

Talk through your plans with a registered migration agent from Australia Legal. Discuss the relevant options and requirements, then decide what help you need with the next stage.

  • Spend less time piecing together answers for someone else’s situation by taking your work, sponsorship or relationship questions to an agent in an approximately 45-minute consultation.
  • Put your effort into the preparation your next step needs by discussing the relevant requirements before gathering paperwork from a general checklist.
  • Choose the help you need for the next stage with application support scoped and priced separately, so you can agree the work and fee before committing.

Migration Agent Australia: Frequently asked questions

Can I get assistance if I live outside Sydney or Melbourne?

Yes. We assist individuals and businesses across Australia, including regional areas. All consultations are held online, so you can speak with our team wherever you are.

Do you find employers or sponsors for workers?

No. Our focus is visa and migration assistance, so we don’t provide job placement services.

Once you’ve found an employer willing to sponsor you, we can support both you and the employer through the visa process.

What does the AUD 180 consultation include?

The consultation is an approximately 45-minute online session with a registered migration agent from the Australia Legal team. During the session, your agent conducts a detailed assessment of your circumstances, outlines the visa options available to you, and advises on the most suitable strategy and next steps. Following the consultation, you will receive a written summary of the matters discussed. Consultations are conducted in English, Italian, or Spanish.

How do I choose an appointment time?

Contact the team to confirm available appointments and payment options.

Should I send documents with my enquiry?

Please keep your initial enquiry brief. Please don’t send passports, identity documents or detailed relationship evidence through this form. The team can discuss the appropriate document process with you.

Can you guarantee a visa outcome?

All visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, so no. What we can offer is accurate, professional advice based on your circumstances and the current legislative requirements, together with a carefully prepared application that gives your case the strongest possible foundation.

What if I’m not sure which visa is right for me?

That’s completely normal. Many of our clients come to us without knowing which visa suits their situation, and identifying the right pathway is part of our role. Simply tell us about your plans and what you need help with. If you would like advice on your visa options, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our Registered Migration Agents.

Does the AUD 180 consultation include help with my application?

The AUD 180 offer covers an approximately 45-minute consultation with a registered migration agent from the team and a written summary. Ask the team to confirm the scope and fees for any application support before you proceed.

Do you only help Italian clients?

No. Clients of any nationality are welcome. Consultations are available in English, Italian, or Spanish.
